What moves the quote
- Number of deployable services and languages in scope
- Whether mobile clients or hardware integrations are included
- Historical CI data availability and test runtime

Retainers
Some teams book six pairing days per quarter for ongoing suite hygiene. Retainers start at R 52 000 per quarter and include a monthly 60-minute office hour.
Deposits & invoices
New clients pay 40% to secure a start date; balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed. See refunds & cancellations for reschedule rules.
